Posted May 31, 2007 -- It looks like Ray J's sextape with Kim Kardashian is coming back to hit him where it hurts most--his pockets. The R&B singer was recently turned down for a movie role alongside gospel singer Yolanda Adams after the film's producer decided his reputation was a little too racy for their tastes.

According to WENN, Ray J believed he was a shoe-in for the role because he had auditioned several times for the independent flick and he had already worked with the film's casting director. "We were going through this whole thing and I was just like, 'I've got the part.' Then they called me and asked me, 'Yo, what's up with the sex tape? We know about it,'' Ray J recalls. "Then they called me back and said, 'Well, Yolanda Adams is in the movie and this is gospel and we just can't do it.'"
