Posted June 12, 2008 - New York attorney Ken Thompson has filed a multi-million dollar federal lawsuit against top-rated radio shock jock Wendy Williams and her employer WBLS.
The suit filed on behalf of Nicole Spence, who was a former talent booker for Williams, makes some shocking claims. Among them: the radio personality and her husband Kevin Hunter tried to hire a hitman to knock off rival HOT 97 radio DJ Tarsha Jones because she badmouthed Williams.
"The office is run by street gangster tactics," the legal papers charge. Spence, also has a pending sexual harrassment suit against WBLS.
"We will vindicate Ms. Spence's rights," Thompson told BET.com.
