It must be about that time for 50 Cent’s album to drop. “Why?” Because Fif is busy starting fires with several rappers. The latest lineup to get poisonous lyrics spewed in their direction are Rick Ross, Lil Wayne and DJ Khaled courtesy of 50’s new song titled “Officer Ricky (Go Head, Try Me)” But what got him started this time?
Less than a week ago, Rick Ross released the song “Mafia Music” that featured some barbs about 50 Cent and the mother of his child.
"I love to pay ya bills, can't wait to pay ya rent/Curtis Jackson baby mama, I ain't looking for a cent/Burn the house down," Ross rifled off. 50 remained unusually quiet for a couple of days, but late Thursday night the diss track from 50 hit the net.
In typical 50 Cent fashion, he decidedly goes in on a touchy subject for Rick Ross – the lingering issue of his past employment as a corrections officer. With that as the fuel and Ross lighting the match, Curtis obliges to start the fire.
"Officer Ricky radio for backup/See your a** anyway, you know I'm gonna act up/You wanna play with me when I don't wanna play?/ Have my n***as whip the skin off your a** in broad day/Screaming, 'Boss,' n***a , you ain't a boss/Pu*** n***a, you're lost/Listen, Officer Ross/Tell you straight suck a d*ck when you coming subliminal/ Because you’re a** is the police, my n*ggas is criminals," 50 quips on the five minute tirade. He also refers to Rick Ross’ rumored flame, Foxy Brown, as a “bimbo.”
DJ Khaled also gets dissed for being guilty by association as Fif briefly directs his tirade toward the DJ and his constant claims of “We The Best.”
“You’re the best/you’re the c*ck suckin’ best/go ahead f*ggot/deep throat it/feel it in your chest,” he fires at DJ Khaled.
Last, but certainly not least, 50 ends up trying to draw first blood from the self proclaimed “Greatest Rapper Alive.”
“Where you at Wayne?” he asks as the songs closes out. “You the full course meal Wayne! You’re awfully quiet!”
Fifty has been trying to bait Lil Wayne into a war of words but Weezy has yet to bite. Could this finally bring Wayne to trade rhymes with 50 Cent? What will Rick Ross do now? Will Khaled have anything to say?
