At this years Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, rapper Soulja Boy expressed his concern for fellow artists Chris Brown and Rihanna to Entertainment Weekly.

Sporting a $100,000 necklace, Soulja Boy explained that he was shocked upon hearing about the incident and believes that Chris Brown should focus on “fixing” things.

"[Chris] needs to be focused on fixing himself right now and fixing the relationship," Soulja Boy told Entertainment Weekly. "I don't know what went wrong or what happened exactly, but I couldn't be more shocked. Both of them are my friends, and I wish both of them the best of luck. They were really good together, and it is sad that it happened. It came out of nowhere. I would have never seen that coming. It is not like him at all. Not his nature." 

Chris Brown is expected to be arraigned in court on April 6. He will be charged with two felonies, assault and making criminal threats.

"Remember that only God can judge, though," Soulja Boy explained. "None of us know exactly what went down that weekend. Only they know the whole truth, and it will be up to them to decide if they can get straight with it and whether they will want to continue as a couple. I can just be there if either of them need me."

Most recently Soulja Boy released iSouljaBoyTellEm, his second studio album, on December of last year. The album featured appearances by Shawty Lo, Sean Kingston, Gucci Mane and more.
