Regardless of what Barack Obama’s political adversaries may think, one thing is definite: Jay-Z’s approval rating for the nation’s first Black president is at an all-time high.
Though many have viewed Obama’s approach on some of the country’s issues as ‘soft,’ the Brooklyn MC is extremely comfortable with the way the president is handling the tougher issues.
"I feel he's done a great job and I feel he's not running away from issues, he's taking them head on, which is going to put him in the line of fire of criticism, but that's part of his job description,” Jay-Z recently told ABCNews.com. “It's not going to be all rosy. But you’ve got to figure that we just went through eight years of the worst administration ever. It’s going to take at least two years to uncover all that.”
Jay-Z is currently on the road with N.E.R.D and Roc Nation affiliates, J. Cole and Wale for the "Blueprint 3" tour.
