Lady Gaga and Beyoncé may not be BFFs, but they've managed to partner up twice and the prospects sound good. Together, the two superstars have teamed up on "Video Phone" for Ms. Knowles' "I Am... Sasha Fierce" album and "Telephone"— a new cut that will appear on Gaga's reissued debut album, "The Fame Monster."

Gaga had nothing but praise for Beyoncé when she sat down with BET to talk about their collaboration and how it was to work with the other hardest working woman in show business.

"She's a superstar, a beautiful girl," Gaga told BET. "I wanted to tribute her because she's defined an era for herself." [Watch Video Here]

The Akon signee spoke on what the song "Telephone" means. "It's a kind of a girl power record about suffocation and going out,” she explained. “You feel like your phone won't stop ringing and whether it's a guy or something else, you want to shut it down and just be with your girlfriends.

"I don't write too many songs about girl power, but she's [Beyoncé] the perfect one to have for this record," she continued.

"The Fame Monster" features eight new songs, including "Telephone," and is slated for release on November 23, with her "Monster's Ball" tour launching in Montreal four days later.
