Posted August 3, 2007 --

In what could be billed as a baby mama summitt, Spice Girl Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown and ex-wife Nicole Murphy met at Los Angeles' popular Ivy restaurant to meet each other's children, who are apparently half-sisters.

While Brown's paternity suit against superstar Eddie Murphy has yet to be legally resolved, apparently Nicole Murphy is a believer. She met with Brown at the paparazzi-heavy Ivy, known as the Hollywood restaurant where celebrities set up photo-ops.

NIcole brought her youngest daughter Bella, while Brown brought her youngest, Angel Iris, the newborn at the center of the paternity case. Angel Iris was born April 3, 2007, ironically Eddie Murphy's own birthday.

Brown, who will join the reunited original Spice Girls for a tour later this year, has hired noted attorney Gloria Allred to represent her in the paternity suit. She told the media when the announcement was made: "I am here today for one reason and one reason only: her name is Angel," Brown said. "Angel is my baby and Eddie's. She will always know that she was planned and wanted by both of us."
