Posted Dec. 16, 2008 – Jenny Craig has a new face. Actress Phylicia Rashad, the former TV wife of comedian Bill Cosby, has been named the new spokeswoman for the well-known weight-loss group.

"Jenny Craig confirms a new relationship with Phylicia Rashad," a Jenny Craig representative told People.com. "We look forward to sharing the details at a press conference in late January."

Rashad, 60, has been nominated for a Golden Globe best actress award for her role in the miniseries "A Raisin in the Sun."

Previous Jenny Craig spokeswomen include actresses Kirstie Alley and Valerie Bertinelli, and rapper-actress Queen Latifah.
