What’s the best way to achieve sexy?
You can achieve sexy through cut and proportion, not through showing a bunch of skin. That’s what I qualify as tastefully sexy.
With budgets being limited, what shopping advice can you give?
Value is everything, not necessarily price points. The look should look a lot more expensive than the label dictates. Look for things that can go from the office and can continue on to the evening out. That makes it much more value conscious. Like a great sundress, a fabulous all-winter jacket or blazer and a really good newsboy pants.
But I don’t care how hard times are, when you see that thing that’s just fabulous and you have to have it, you’ll get it. I’m the cheapest person I know, but the thing that looks great and looks great on me is coming home with me. Why not? Life is too short.
