Wrongful Death
The wrongful-death lawsuit by the family of Notorious B.I.G. is being reinstated. After the original decision to dismiss the case, the family appealed and the judge in the case changed her mind after finding that federal claims connected to the case can go forward. The family now has 20 days to file a new lawsuit and drop the state charges. Biggie was gunned down March 9th, 1997, while leaving a party at a Los Angeles museum. He was 24.
