Jay-Z, Usher, Rihanna, Mary J., Snoop Dogg and others arrived in Africa this week. They are in Nigeria for a concert this weekend. The festival takes off in Nigeria and will move on to Washington DC on August 1st before the grand finale in London on October 14.
