So much for forgive and forget in the Chris Brown case. Rihanna's lawyer says if the singer is called as a witness in Brown's assault case, she will testify. Attorney Donald Etra says she would be required by law to testify if she is subpoenaed for Brown's case. Brown's arraignment in the case is now set for April 6.
