After spending the last 23 years behind bars, DNA tests cleared Jerry Lee Evans from a 1986 rape case this week. Evans is now the 20th man added to the list of wrongfully-convicted Dallas citizens. "I knew it would come one day," Evans said. "I just didn't know it was gonna be 23 years."
