Lil' Wayne will serve eight months to a year in a New York prison after agreeing to a plea deal to settle a 2007 weapons charge. While performing in New York, officers discovered a loaded gun aboard his tour bus. If the case went to trial, he would have faced a mandatory three-year sentence.
