Lil' Wayne could be in deep doo-doo for allegedly stealing a sample of a song by singer Karma-Ann Swanepoel. According to the suit filed against him in May, Weezy’s label, Cash Money Records, failed to properly negotiate a license to use Swanpoel’s song “Once” as a part of the hit track “I Feel Like Dying”, which has since been downloaded millions of times over. Lawyers for Lil Wayne and Cash Money are scrambling to to buy time to build their defense.
