Bobby made me do it? That isn't quite the approach Whitney Houston is taking in explaining her drug use — but it sounded like that for a while during her appearance on “Oprah” Tuesday. Houston says when it came to cocaine and pot use, she and her ex-husband were “partners." She says Brown "was my drug" and that she "didn't do anything without him."
