This year marks BET's eighth annual Black College Tour initiative. The Tour remains the largest event of its kind targeting Black colleges and universities, and we're extremely proud to have been acknowledged this year by the National Education Association, as the recipient of the 2009 Carol Stowe Humanitarian Award.  This honor is very special to us as it underscores the Tour's successful mission to provide relevant, engaging and meaningful outreach to minority students.

This fall, the BET Black College Tour takes its exciting event to 14 HBCUs, kicking off September 2, for the first time at Miles College, and ending November 13 at Prairie View A&M University.
