Posted March 29, 2008 -- BET’s Spring Bling not only plays host to the new offspring of this budding industry, but also attracts some of the vets. Though he wasn’t a performer at this year’s event, DTP’s Chingy couldn’t resist the West Palm Beach festivities and all it’s glory. BET.com caught up with the peace disturber to find out what he’s actually doing out at BET’s Spring Bling.

“I’m out here judging Rims Rides and Runways and I’m enjoying the scenery so it’s all good. It’s Spring time so you have to come down and enjoy it, it’s a lot of ladies out here,” Chingy said with a smirk.

Still riding the wave of his new album, Hate It Or Love It, Chingy is also using this time to pump out some promo for the project. Chingy said of his body of work, “The album is doing well, I recently dropped my second single called “Gimmie That” featuring Ludacris and Bobby V and it’s doing good so I’m just out promoting the album.”
