· Oversees and manages HRIS Systems (Ceridian, Kronos, PeopleSoft, and Infinium) on a day-to-day basis to process pay, change of status, open enrollment, new hires, and terminations.
· Plan, direct, and supervise all activities relating to the administration and maintenance of payroll and benefits administration. Develop, implement, and control programs in a manner that ensures cost-effectiveness, market competitiveness, and internal equity among employees.
· Manages the hiring process, ensuring all new hire and employee change data is input accurately and timely.
· Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
· Periodically audits the HRIS database to ensure accuracy.
· Directs the preparation and maintenance of employee report data to meet the goals of the department.
· Develops and administers programs and procedures.
· Manages special projects, as needed.
· Manages at least one HR Analyst.
· Duties not limited to handling moderate HR Generalist related duties as needed.
