Gabrielle Union Shares What She Eats In A Day
Gabrielle Union is sharing a sample of what she eats for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and it’s perfect for gluten-free and dairy-free taste palettes. The star gave fans an up close and personal view of what she likes to eat daily in a down-to-earth and hilarious Instagram reel captioned, “What I Really Eat In A Day.”
She begins the day with a seasonal fruit platter. In the video, Union feasts from a beautiful spread that includes mango, strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, pineapple, and tropical dragon fruit.
Then for the most important meal of the day, the wife and mom gets her taste buds excited with gluten-free pancakes topped with mango, blueberry, thyme, and maple syrup. To wash everything down, she opts for a tall glass of water. As she enjoys her breakfast, Union also takes a moment to dance.
Next on her menu is lunch, but by the looks of it, it would work well as brunch too. Union is seen with a bowl of collard greens, shaved fennel, and arugula salad with avocado. Before she dives into her first bite, she dresses the dish in a champagne vinaigrette.
For Union’s last meal of the day, she definitely saves the best for last. In the post, she handed a colorful bowl for an appetite craving something sweet and something savory. With her fork in hand and an aerial view of her entree, Union satisfies her hunger with Three by Wade Cabernet Sauvignon braised short ribs with oven-roasted garlic cauliflower puree. The meal is then capped with an oven-roasted garlic cauliflower puree, roasted broccolini, heirloom carrots, crispy sweet potatoes, and demi glaze.
Union ends the fun video with audio of a door opening while she’s hiding in a closet as she prepares to dive into what appears to be a carton of ice cream topped with crumbled graham crackers.
