While some women might start fretting once their biological clock starts ticking louder, Octavia Spencer is fully prepared to accept the fact that she might never have children. During a recent roundtable discussion with her fellow The Hollywood Reporter cover girls, the 43-year-old actress said she's perfectly "fine" with her life decisions.
"I should be married and have 19 kids," Spencer said.
"And now I'm thinking my eggs are dying on the shelf. They're going to go past their expiration date," she added about her dwindling time to reproduce.
But rather than pity her situation in the least, Spencer is happy with the direction her life has taken.
"But it's what I chose, so I'm fine with that decision," she continued.
The roundtable discussion also included Oprah Winfrey, Julia Roberts, Lupita Nyong’o, Amy Adams and Emma Thompson, who cover The Hollywood Reporter's The Actresses issue alongside Spencer.
