The conspiracy theorists must be going wild: there’s another Tupac album in the works. Makaveli 2012 Killuminati will be released on September 13th. The project will feature lost and remixed recordings, as well as unearthed interview audio, and will pair the late emcee with several rappers, including The Dogg Pound, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and The Outlawz. Interestingly, it also features collabos with other deceased rappers, including Notorious B.I.G., Big Pun and Big L. Producers started releasing daily singles from the album on Monday, September 5th; they are available on Datpiff.com, the go-to place for official mixtapes. The first single, “Thugz Get Lonely Too” features vocals from Al Green. The entire album will be released on the same site.
