What Freshman 15?

Gaining weight your freshman year is for real, but that doesn’t mean it has to happen to you. Those late night study sessions and cafeteria food can add on those pounds. Make sure you are working out, hitting that salad bar and snacking on fruits and veggies during your first year to help keep those pounds off.
