For Core Strength: Plank

Lie on your stomach, legs straight out behind you. Then come up to your elbows and rise up on your toes. This is plank position. Contract your muscles to keep your bottom from popping up or sinking toward the floor. Hold for 30 seconds. Do it three times. (Want a bigger challenge? Come up to your hands and use an exercise ball.)
