For Pelvic Strength: Plié Squats

Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointed outward at a 45º angle. Keep your body upright while pretending to sit in a chair, lowering your booty until your thighs are parallel with the floor. Push down through your heels to return to standing. Do it 15 times.
