For Energy: Mountain Climbers

Start in pushup position: hands on the floor directly below your shoulders, legs straight out behind you, balance on your toes. Then bring your right knee to your chest, keeping your abs tight. Return to the starting position, and then repeat the move with your left leg. Alternate quickly for 30 seconds.
