Khloé Finally Admits to Plastic Surgery After Being Attacked on Instagram

It's not what you think.

Khloé Kardashian recently opened up to her fans about getting plastic surgery, but it's not for the reason you may think.

The reality star posted a photo of herself to IG and after her followers noticed she Photoshopped the pic, she took to her website and app to share why she did it. According to her, she was forced to get reconstructive surgery on her legs after getting into a serious car accident years ago.

"Whenever I post a picture of my legs on Instagram, everyone comments on how f**ked up my knees look. It's because I've had reconstructive surgery, you a******s," she wrote, via People. "My right leg is an inch and a half thinner than my left because my muscles deteriorated and never recovered."

She went on to explain, "The reason I've had so many of these surgeries — and always wear a knee brace for my workouts — is because I was in a car accident when I was 16... To this day, I remember the exact streets (Ventura Blvd. and Coldwater Canyon)."

She remembered that, at the time, she was speeding and the other car ran a stop sign before they collided. "I was wearing my seatbelt but the strap was under my armpit," she wrote. "I was in a small Mercedes and it compacted in the wreck. My head and upper body went through the windshield and my legs were stuck under the steering wheel."

She says, following the accident, she was on crutches for six months and wore a leg brace that went from her ankle to her upper thigh.

Khloé says she only Photoshopped the picture to fix the size of her right thigh.
