Nick Gordon Breaks His Silence in First Interview Since Bobby Brown Accused Him of Murder

Does he blame Bobbi Kristina for her own death?

Bobby Brown has been dropping bombshell after bombshell about his personal life since releasing his memoir, Every Little Step. Now, the man that would have been his son-in-law is having his turn to speak his mind.
Nearly one year after the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, her fiancé, Nick Gordon, is still fighting to make people understand that he didn't kill her. Despite being the subject of a criminal investigation and facing non-stop allegations from Krissy's father, Bobby Brown, Gordon insists he had nothing to do with the 22-year-old music scion's death, and in fact did everything possible to save her.
“What happened to Krissy was Krissy’s own doing, sad as it is," Gordon says in a new interview with The Sun, his first since Brown outright accused him of murder. “I didn’t get to go to my fiancee’s funeral. There’s a lot of regret there. On the day I went to the beach and watched the waves. It was something she liked to do and I talked to her and I cried.”

Now clean of drugs and living with his mother in Sanford, Florida, Nick is still devastated that he could not see her during her final hours: “I can still see Bobbi covered in those tubes. For a long while it’s been the last thing I see when I go to sleep and the first when I wake up."
He continues, “Krissy wasn’t only my fiancee, she was my best friend, my sister. We just fitted together. In a lot of ways, she was like her mom [Whitney Houston]. I’m going to make it my business to visit her and Nippy and have a picnic every year with my two ladies.”
It's sad that nearly a year after Bobbi Kristina's death, nobody in her family seems to have gotten any closure.
