Another One of Stevie J's Exes Is Dragging Him Back to Court

More legal trouble for the reality star.

Stevie J seems to be living in the courthouse these days. First he had to deal with the most recent spat with ex and soon-to-be baby's mother, Joseline Hernandez, who has hurled some pretty heinous allegations in his direction. Now, the the Love & Hip Hop: Atalnta star seems to be dealing with another legal issue with another mother of his child.

The reality star has apparently been summoned to appear in front of a judge once again, and took to Instagram to air his grievances about it.

Stevie seemed to be primarily concerned with the American tax payer, calling the apparent child support case between him and Carol A Bennet a "blatant waste of NY tax payers dollars." Adding, "This case is frivolous."

A quick scan of his history with Bennet, though, tells a different story. This legal battle has been going on for years, and in 2014 he was issued a subpoena for owing Bennet a staggering $1.28 million in child support. According to court documents, over the course of 14 years had paid her just $132,220.

Bennet spoke to TheUrbanDaily in 2013 to explain, "My kids are 14 and 16. He has not made a voluntary payment in years. There’s a court order in place to pay x amount per month. If you don’t pay that, even if you can come close, it technically didn’t occur. He’s missed 168 payments. The reason why, this (is) my own speculation, because he’s been able to get away with it, why not keep doing it? Where’s the enforcement at? Okay, he doesn’t have a passport. He still can live, he’s just not going out of the country. It’s just being negligent and not taking on responsibility for your kids, but he doesn’t mind doing it for any other women."

Stevie seems to be getting quite a bit of support from fans, while others wonder why a father would call a child support case frivolous.

It's not easy to be Stevie, hopefully this all gets figured out the way it should, and makes sure that his children are being taken care of.
