There's nothing more intriguing than a peek behind the curtain of the music industry, and a new reality show on WeTV promises to give an unprecented look at how the so-called sausage is made.

Money. Power. Respect. follows a group of high-powered entertainment lawyers as they cut deals in the cutthroat world of the music business.

Created and executive produced by Rhonda Cowan and her company Life's a Beach, the New York City-set series offers viewers a rare and intimate look inside the glamorous, but sometimes cutthroat world of hip-hop, as well as a chance to experience what it’s like to turn artists into stars. The cast mixes business with pleasure as professional lines are drawn and personal alliances are forged.

Check out a teaser clip for the show:

Money. Power. Respect. premieres on Thursday, October 13 at 10pm ET/PT on WE tv.
