Kim Kardashian's robbery at gunpoint has been making headlines for the past 48 hours and counting, but the one person from whom we haven't heard is Kim herself. Until now.
TMZ has the details on Kim's interview with French police, in which she describes exactly what happened the night five armed men in ski masks broke into her hotel room, held her at gunpoint and stole $10 million in jewels.
According to her statement to police, the concierge who let the robbers in is now a key witness. "He opened the door and led them [the robbers] up and was in there the whole time," Kim told cops, adding that she engaged the concierge in conversation, saying, "Are we gonna die?" He calmly responded, "I don't know."
Sources say Kim made it a point to tell the police in a phone interview on Tuesday that the concierge was extremely calm despite being cuffed and held at gunpoint. She also said when the robbers left the apartment, they took the concierge with them and left him in the lobby with his hands still cuffed.
The latest speculation is that the robbery was an inside job, with many pointing fingers at Kim's bodyguard, who was out with Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian that night. But it won't be surprising if the concierge goes from "crucial eyewitness" to "person of interest" as the result of this new information.
