After she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, Kim Kardashian has had her fair share of critics who accused her of leaving a trail of breadcrumbs for her robbers to find her after she flaunted her wealth on social media. Now, it seems as she's learned her lesson as, according to TMZ, her posh lifestyle will no longer be the driving force of her brand.

Sources reportedly told the site that the reality star actually agrees with the critics who say she should not have flaunted her $4.5 million diamond ring and swanky apartment on Snapchat.

In an effort to reevaluate her life and brand, Kim is reportedly taking a month off work and once she returns, she plans to majorly cut back on posting her every move to social media.

After being scared for her life during the dangerous break-in in Paris, Kim allegedly said, privately, "Material things mean nothing. It's not all about the money. It's not worth it."
