Remember a couple of months ago when Love & Hip-Hop star Joseline Hernandez accused her now ex, Stevie J, of sexually abusing his daughter and being a down-low gay man? Well, it seems as he's found a way to fire back as he's aiming for her pockets.

According to TMZ, Stevie J filed legal papers suing the self-proclaimed Puerto Rican Princess for the strong accusations.

In the docs, he said that not only did she make the claims on social media, damaging his brand, but she also went as far as to contact the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services to let them know of his alleged sexual assault against his daughter.

He also mentioned that he's taking her to court for accusing him of being gay and worshipping Satan.

According to the documents, what he wants is not only cash money, but he wants her to keep his name out of her mouth via a gag order.
