Kim Kardashian isn't here for those saying she lied about getting robbed in Paris. In fact, the reality star filed a federal lawsuit again MediaTakeOut.com for claiming she staged the whole debacle.

According to TMZ, Kim is reporteding suing the site for three posts they created about the incident, with one in particular that stated she "staged" the burglary for publicity. She says in the documents the site used random people from social media as legitimate sources that held no validity.

Another story published on the site stated that "French authorities" suspected that Kim actually "let the robbers in" her apartment.

The last straw though, according to her attorneys Marty Singer and Andrew Brettler, was the third and final post which was about her insurance claim. In that particular story, they reported, "If she faked the robbery... she just committed a FEDERAL CRIME."

According to Kim, her legal team is working on getting the posts retracted as well as receiving an apology from MediaTakeOut. Since no progress has been made, she's taking them to court.
