Kevin Hart continues to have one of the biggest years of his life. After just tying the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Eniko Parrish, and receiving his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the actor/comedian is gearing up to release his own comedy film on a grand scale.

Set to hit theaters on Friday, Kevin's comedy movie, titled Kevin Hart: What Now?, shows not only his seamless ability to make people laugh, but it also chronicles the journey he took to get to the level of superstardom he's achieved.

In the exclusive video above, Kevin revisited his hometown in Philadelphia, reuniting with family and friends he hadn't seen in a while.

"Today is the day that you write yourself in the history books," he said in the emotional clip. "You have just given yourself a story. You've given your generation a story. This performance is to inspire those [who are] coming up after me to do more, to do better."

Kevin Hart: What Now? premieres in theaters everywhere on October 14.
