Love and Scams! Stevie J Will Be Headed Back to Court – and Not for Child Support

And another one.

Joanne the Scammer may have some competition on her hands.

Stevie J may be in trouble with the law again as a promoter is accusing him of scamming him out of money for an appearance.

According to TMZ, Albere Correa, the promoter, gave $30,000 to a man who claimed to be the reality star's manager for an appearance at a nightclub after-party back in September.

Soon after he gave him the large sum of cash, Correa found out that the man posing as Stevie J's manager didn't actually hold that title and Stevie ultimately was a no-show. Correa believes that though the man he gave the cash to turned out to be a fraud, the producer-turned-reality star was still involved in the alleged scam.

In addition to Stevie J, Mase was also booked for the event, but failed to show up as well. Lil' Kim, however, was present at the event, with her booking being accurately handled by Correa.

Correa is now preparing to sue Stevie J and his crew if they don't cough up more than $20,000.
