Here’s How Far a Judge Is Willing to Go to Resolve Kim Kardashian’s Robbery Case

The incident was a PR disaster for Paris.

It's official. According to TMZ, the first suspects in Kim Kardashian's Paris robbery case have been charged.

The site reports that French authorities charged four men in connection to the case, and to make things better for the reality star, she doesn't even have to travel to the Paris again to testify against them.

One of the four men charged was identified as a 63-year-old who goes by the name Yunice A. He is reportedly facing multiple charges including armed robbery in an organized gang, kidnapping and criminal association.

Another has been identified as 64-year-old Marceau B. E! Online reports that he faces charges of concealment in an organized gang and association of criminals.

Lastly, Florus H., 45, was charged on counts of complicity in a robbery with a gun, complicity in abduction and sequestration, and association with criminals.

Also, new reports also state that Kim won't have to travel far to testify against those who violated her as, under French law, crime visits do not have to be conducted in person — the judge carries out the interview outside of the courtroom.

TMZ also reports that Kim's case fits the bill for a judge to do the traveling to the United States to speak with her about what occurred, in private.
