Katt Williams Punched a Man Recovering From Brain Surgery and Now Has to Pay
Katt Williams just got himself into another hot spot as he's being ordered to cough up $86,000.
According to TMZ, a judge ordered the comedian to pay up the large sum to Paul Love, who sued him last year for allegedly physically assaulting him while he was 10 weeks into recovering from brain surgery.
The site reports that the victory was basically handed to Love on a silver platter as Williams failed to appear in court and never responded to the suit.
Back in August, the comedian was accused of punching Love at a pool supply store, causing him to require medical assistance. Williams claimed he was provoked after he was called the N-word, but he failed to mention this in court.
