Shocking Details Emerge About Nicki Minaj's Brother's Rape Allegations

He is being accused of another serious violation.

New details have emerged in Nicki Minaj's brother's rape case.

According to Bossip, Jelani Maraj is being accused of using anal sex threats against a 12-year-old girl.

The young girl told prosecutors on Thursday that Maraj threatened her with rape and physical violence, saying he would sodomize her, after she refused to give in to his demands.

"He would make several threats to her," Nassau Assistant District Attorney Emma Slane said in court. "If she resisted in any way, he would threaten to engage in anal intercourse with her, which she said would hurt her."

The new claims were made during a hearing in the sex crimes division of Nassau County Supreme Court. Slane added that she fully plans on using the alleged victim's words in Maraj's upcoming trial.

She also added that she plans on using the young girl's claims that Maraj used to hit her to the point of tears, and when her younger sibling walked in while the abuse occurred, he would warn the sibling not to tell anyone before striking the child in the face.

"After telling the child not to talk about what happened, he struck [the sibling] in the face," he said. "These children were in fear of him."

Maraj's attorney, David Schwartz, however claims the alleged victim often appeared happy with Maraj, and argued that these allegations of physical assault not be made against his client.

"This is not a character assassination against Mr. Maraj," he said.

Maraj's trial was set to begin later this month, but the judge has decided to push it back until mid-April.
