Mel B is trying to keep her kids as far away from her estranged husband as she can.

According to TMZ, the former Spice Girl and America’s Got Talent judge is claiming that Stephen Belafonte is involved in the porn industry, which she feels isn’t a good influence on her children. Mel’s attorneys are in court fighting Belafonte’s efforts to regain visitation rights as he’s currently under a restraining order banning him from all contact with his family.

Mel B’s legal team alleges there’s “evidence” that he’s connected to porn via content on multiple computers at the family home. They also say there’s financial proof that he’s renting spaces in Los Angeles to shoot adult movies.

The hearing is still in progress, however the judge seems to be leaning toward giving Belafonte monitored visitation rights to see Madison, the former couple’s daughter. The other daughter, Angel, is not his and he will most likely not be granted visits with her.

Just hours ago, Mel B’s lawyers claimed Stephen Belafonte had rapper True Life staying with him in the family home even though he served time for manslaughter. He even let him sleep in Madison’s bed. While the children were not present at the time, it probably wasn’t the best decision for a guy trying to win back rights to see his kids.
