Twitter Slams Shia LaBeouf Over Racist Comment to a Black Cop
Last weekend, actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and obstruction in Savannah, Georgia. While his arrest was controversial enough, it was his conversation with a Black police officer at the Savannah Police Department that is now making news.
While being fingerprinted, he reportedly spewed hate and racism towards a man who was just trying to do his job. Understandably, Twitter is reacting with shock and anger.
In a video released by TMZ, LaBeouf looks straight at the Black officer and said, "You're going to hell, straight to hell, brother." He adds, "Especially you, deputy. That's a savage f*ck, man."
When the man asks why he's a savage, the actor simply responds, "Because you're a Black man."

While LaBeouf has since apologized for his actions, Twitter called the actor out for his disgusting words.
