It's not an unlikely fact that actors can very much fall in love while filming a movie together. However, in the case of Zendaya and her Spider-Man: Homecoming co-star, Tom Hollard, that's not what happened.

Zendaya is currently starring in the already smash-certified superhero film Spider-Man: Homecoming, and she's already being plagued by the dreaded "co-star dating rumors" with the film's leading man, Tom Holland, being at the other end of the rumor.

According to People, a "source" reported that the young stars had been seeing each other throughout the course of filming the movie and were allegedly being "cautious" about their relationship while going on vacations together.

However, the Hollywood It-girl recently took to Twitter to quickly refute these claims, stressing that they're nothing more than friends. 

Holland also cleverly chimed in after seeing Zendaya's tweet:

There you have it, folks. Strictly platonic.
