The Famous Ex of a 'Basketball Wives' Star Just Deaded Her Reality TV Career

The lawsuit is over.

After a years-long legal battle, the lawsuit between former NBA All-Star Chris Bosh and his baby's mother Allison Mathis was thrown out by the judge just before it was set to go to trial. This is a big win for Bosh, who has been trying to keep Mathis from spilling the tea about their relationship on Basketball Wives.

According to TheJasmineBrand, the judge threw out the entire lawsuit, in which Mathis accused Bosh of costing her millions by getting her fired from her former reality TV job, on July 25.

The judge explained his decision to throw out the case by saying that he reviewed both evidence and testimony to find that there is no clear proof behind Mathis's claim that Shed Media, the company that produces BBW, nixed her contract because of interference on Bosh's part. The evidence included an alleged settlement reached between Bosh and the Basketball Wives producer, but the judge said he could not rely on the unauthenticated document to prove the recently retired NBA star's liability in Mathis getting fired.

The judge also ruled that the evidence Mathis presented to prove her alleged damages were insufficient, and as a result, he dismissed all claims against Bosh.

Bosh and Mathis have been in and out of court since 2011, but it looks like this might be the end of Mathis's attempt to win back some of the money she lost after being fired from Basketball Wives.
