Desperate Times: Tyrese Posts Instagram Essay Begging The Rock To Call Him Back

The actor is refusing to give up.

Tyrese isn't backing down without a fight when it comes to his one-sided dispute with his Fast & Furious co-star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

After being ignored by the A-list actor following his previous "you better not" post, Black Ty is giving things another go, and this time, his lengthy statement's a bit sweeter in tone.

In his initial post, Tyrese warned the buff actor, in a slightly threatening tone, not to move forward with filming a spin-off movie based on his character, Luke Hobbs, from the franchise.

Now, after The Rock left him high and dry with no response, Tyrese has taken a softer approach in getting his "brother's" attention. This time around, he clarified that he "never and will never have a problem" with the movie star before directly addressing him from there on out.

After proclaiming that he "didn't like Baywatch," he threw in there that he rented out two theaters and took some children to see The Rock's blockbuster hit Moana.

Things then got a bit explanatory as the singer/actor began stressing his reasonings for taking his gripe with him to the 'Gram.

"I'm simply trying to reach him cause he won't call me back about this solo #HobbsMovie," he wrote. "I want you to shoot it just not right now cause the #Fast9 release date has already been announced and we can't let our loyal fans #FastFamily or our loyal fast and furious FANS down on any level from pushing the date... I'm doing this only on behalf of our families so we keep them all in private school."

That wasn't all. The actor had a lot more to say on the matter. Take a look, below:
