Report: Kylie Jenner And Rob Kardashian Are Suing Blac Chyna Over An Insane Claim

Remember the Eggo Waffle Incident?

After finalizing their child custody agreement with an undisclosed settlement, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are headed back to court, and this time it’s getting pretty serious. According to court docs obtained by TheBlast.com, Rob is suing his former lover for damages stemming from an extremely violent incident that allegedly took place in December 2016.

Kardashian claims that Chyna pointed one of his guns at two of his friends while on a FaceTime call and attempted to strangle him with an iPhone cord. The reality star reportedly documented the entire incident and sustained injuries to his neck. If you keep up with the Kardashians as closely as we do, you'll probably recall that this was the infamous Eggo Waffles Incident.

Going from bad to worse, Kardashian is also accusing Chyna of wrecking his youngest sister Kylie Jenner’s home, which they were renting for the holiday. He says Chyna was responsible $100,000 worth of damages for “damaging a television, breaking down a door, damaging the walls, destroying cell phones and smashing a gingerbread house that was made for the holidays.” Kylie, who dated Chyna's other baby's father Tyga for years and is now pregnant with her new man Travis Scott's child, is apparently co-signing Rob's claim, and adding that Chyna "terrorized" her while she was with Tyga, telling her the Compton rapper had STDs.

While Kardashian is seeking unspecified damages for assault, battery and vandalism, Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom is ready for her clients day in court. The popular attorney took to Twitter with a message to Rob Kardashian.

Yikes! This Rob and Chyna feud gets messier by the day.
