Known as "Superhead" by her fans (and haters), Steffans's body count includes half the music industry, from Irv Gotti to Lil Wayne. Steffans isn't one to be discrete, either. In 2005, Steffans published a tell-all memoir called Confessions of a Video Vixen, which basically name-dropped every A-lister she's bedded. The book, and the two sequels she published within the next five years, went on to become New York Times best sellers, moving her from side piece to bedside table.
