Free Global Citizen Festival in Central Park - Jay Z may be the embodiment of wealth and class, but the rapper can still take time out of his schedule of world domination to raise awareness for those less fortunate. On September 27 in NYC's Central Park, Jay will headline the Global Poverty Project's Global Citizen Festival.
