Game Defends Himself Against Troubled Tweets

Following this weekend’s firestorm when the Los Angeles Police Department alleged thatthe rapper Game started a telephone flash mob with a simple tweet that shut their emergency phone lines down, the Compton rapper tells TMZ that he was in the middle of a photo shoot.

In fact, the 31-year-old rapper says it was a childhood friend who sent the tweets from his phone without his knowledge. He says his friend had no idea that the number he listed was to the police department, either.

While the LAPD is trying to charge the MC with obstructing justice, delaying the work of a peace officer and disrupting communication over a public safety radio, he says, "Casey Anthony can get away with murder and The Game goes to jail for tweeting. God bless America."
