Posted Jan. 31, 2008 – The recently hired coach of Howard University ’s men’s soccer team has been arrested for allegedly using the Web to solicit sex from a girl he believed to be a 13-year-old girl.

Joseph Okoh, 40, is charged with one felony count of using a communications system to solicit a person under 15 years old with lascivious intent. What Okoh didn't know is that the person on the other end of his alleged Web communication was actually an undercover Louisa County Sheriff’s deputy.
Okoh is being held without bond at the Central Virginia Regional Jail, pending a bond hearing Friday.
Howard University issued a statement on Monday saying Okoh has been suspended from all university activities pending completion of the investigation.
"Howard University has zero tolerance for the violation of any university policy and our code of conduct," the statement said.
