Last night's season premiere brought the drama! Between Derwin's one-punch knockout, Melanie's confession, Jenna's intoxication and Jason's Mexican wedding, we've got A LOT to recap. Let's get into it.

We opened with Melanie and Derwin arguing about last season's cliffhanger — her secret abortion. Of course Derwin is livid and unable to move past the fact that Mel may have been preggers with his child. Melanie quips about being hungry and moving past the situation because it happened in college. Could she be moving on from the discussion quickly because there's more to it? We definitely find out later that the baby was, in fact, Trey Wiggs' child. Is anyone surprised? Mrs. Davis has a history of running into the arms of the next man when Derwin isn't acting right. But isn't that why we love her? Her character is successful, beautiful and flawed. Melanie and Derwin run into a million of Mel's exes this episode, including the infamous McHottie — and yes, Trey Wiggs, who they later invite to Baby D.J.'s birthday jam. Uh oh.

When Melanie and Derwin get into a heated argument about why she kept the truth from him, she asks him, "Would you have stayed with me if I had another man's baby?" Good question Mel, because isn't this what she has to deal with everyday? Derwin better watch the arguments that he starts. In the end, they move past it, as we see a heartbreaking montage of Melanie fixing cupcakes and decorations for Baby D.J.'s birthday party, all while Janay (Baby D.J.'s mother) and Derwin look like the picture-perfect couple on the couch. Ouch! Derwin heads outside to pick up some last-minute presents out of his car when Trey Wiggs walks up with presents, claiming his family decided to ditch him, so he came on his own. Out of nowhere Derwin lands the one-punch knockout and lays Trey Wiggs flat-out on his driveway. Was that a sucker move, folks? Trey didn't even see it coming! And, in his defense, he didn't know that Melanie was pregnant!

Elsewhere, Jason Pitts is being the sarcastic, self-serving ex-Sabers' star as always, and getting folks fired. Here we're introduced to Brandy's character, Chardonnay; a fiesty, no-nonsense sister who's independent and unimpressed by Jason. Sounds like someone else on the show (mini-Mack?). After Jason gets her fired from the bar she's working at because she unsuccessfully tried to kick him out, he picks her up from the bus stop to take her out to a makeup dinner. This isn't like the Jason we know! He doesn't like to spend a dime on anybody! Their night of fun culminates in Jason waking up in a Mexican motel with a ring on his left hand — yup! He and Chardonnay got hitched" south of the border" style! At first, he's horrified, then, we see the chemistry between these two. Uh oh! Will Chardonnay be the one to slay this cheap dragon? We'll see!

And for all of you who were wondering why you saw Jenna laid out in Malik's garage at the beginning of the episode, with Tasha, Tee Tee and Bibs looking over her? For the entire episode, Jenna was running around Malik's estate in an intoxicated stupor. It's obvious that this girl has fallen way off the wagon. Does Malik need to let her go? Tasha thinks so — to her, Jenna's putting "all her eggs in his basket" and has "frittata taste." In this episode, we see her struggle with her decision to take him back on as a client. We know she misses that Derwin franchise check!

Will Trey get revenge? Will Derwin ever conceive? Can Tasha get her publicist groove back? Will Jason and Chardonnay uphold their Mexican nuptials? Will Malik make a comeback as the Sabers' superstar quarterback? Find out this season!

Can't wait until next weeks episode? Be sure to tune in January 17 for an all-new episode of The Game, 10P/9C only on BET.
